The employer is hiring a Supply Planning Assistant or Specialist in Dubai to support demand and supply planning, inventory management, replenishment, supplier coordination, and operational reporting.

Role Responsibilities
- Support daily and weekly supply planning activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment requirements.
- Assist with supply forecasts and production or purchasing plans.
- Analyze demand, inventory, sales trends, and supply requirements.
- Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and replenishment schedules.
- Work with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
- Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Prepare supply planning reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Maintain accurate planning, inventory, and supplier data.
- Support process improvements to increase supply efficiency and reduce operational issues.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills are required.
- Candidates should understand supply planning, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with data are required.
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or supply planning systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning concepts is beneficial.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities are required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
