Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for tax, accounting, audit, compliance, and advisory services.
- Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up with prospects and clients on time.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide business solutions and consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition experience.
- Two years of UAE experience, upselling, and cross-selling are listed as required in the experience details.
- Native Hindi is listed as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in tax, accounting, finance, advisory, or consulting firms is a plus.
- UAE experience is preferred in the requirements section; candidates from India or the GCC willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 5,000–7,000 per month plus incentives.
