Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to support the company's growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, presentations, and business discussions with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related functions when required.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
