Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC market.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate, government, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development and expansion of the company's commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the textile, fashion, workwear, uniforms, or aviation uniforms industry.
  • Strong track record in both business development (hunting) and account management (farming).
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to take on expanded commercial responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.
  • GCC market experience is highly preferred.
