Business Development Manager Role
The role is focused on revenue growth, new business development, and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop business with existing and potential clients and achieve personal sales targets.
- Use consultative selling to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct cold calls and meet call targets set by management.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and meet management-set meeting targets.
- Participate in sales campaigns to grow revenue and product uptake.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation and credentials pitch through discovery, solution pitch, negotiation, close, and handover to account management.
- Prepare proposals, detailed costings, and contract documents for review by the Sales Director before negotiation.
- Develop new business relationships.
- Present Falcon services professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Falcon services.
Pay
- SAR 1,875–3,750 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Develop new business and achieve assigned revenue growth and personal sales targets.
- Use a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach to accurately address client needs.
- Develop and implement structured plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Meet management-set targets for cold calls and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, detailed costings, and contract documents for Sales Director review before client negotiation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Falcon services and present them effectively to clients.
