Daytona Real Estate, part of Abdulla Al Arif Holding Group, is growing its real estate business and seeks a Business Development Manager.
The role owns business growth by winning new owners, investors and partnerships, building relationships and converting qualified leads into signed business.
The manager works with management, leasing and property-management teams and reports to the Senior Director of Real Estate.
Key responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities with property owners, investors, developers and corporate clients.
- Pitch and close property-management, leasing and sales mandates; prepare proposals and presentations.
- Manage the lead pipeline using company tracking tools and report on leads, conversions and revenue.
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, banks and other partners; follow up qualified leads through closing in line with UAE regulations and company policy.
- Research market conditions, pricing and competitors and recommend ways to win business.
- Represent the company at meetings, events and property viewings; coach and support sales agents when required.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience; UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred.
- A valid RERA broker card (BRN), or ability to obtain one, is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and relevant regulations.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel reporting; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- The posting states a monthly salary range of AED 5,000–10,000 and a commission structure.
