Business Development Manager – Premium Portfolio

Role overview
Drive new-business acquisition across premium hospitality, HoReCa, corporate offices, airlines, clubs and specialty retail.
Own the acquisition journey from prospecting and pitching through commercial negotiation, contracting and first-order activation, then hand operational accounts to the relevant Channel owner.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and develop a pipeline of high-potential premium accounts.
- Build senior customer relationships and deliver tailored pitches and commercial proposals.
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations and contract execution within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate onboarding, product listing, pricing, logistics and launch readiness.
- Drive first orders and ensure commercial and operational requirements are met.
- Hand activated accounts to Channel owners with complete documentation.
- Maintain pipeline forecasts, business-development reports and performance updates.
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, premium hospitality, foodservice or strategic account acquisition.
- Proven record of winning new accounts and converting opportunities into profitable business.
- Strong UAE/GCC network across premium hospitality, HoReCa or related sectors.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, pitching, relationship-management and pipeline-management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer profitability, route-to-market and premium-channel economics.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven, with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- Premium beverage or coffee-solution experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
