Bridor is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop its business in Australia as part of growth in the APMEA region.
The role reports to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities
- Implement commercial strategy across assigned quick-service restaurant, coffee shop, and retail networks.
- Design distribution-channel sales strategy, negotiate annual agreements, and grow revenue, unit sales, and account profitability.
- Develop existing customer sales and prospect for new accounts.
- Coordinate customer accounts with logistics, management control, marketing, and other support teams.
- Develop the existing product range and propose products based on customer needs.
- Collect and monitor market information.
Candidate profile
- First experience in the food industry with recognized brands is sought, preferably in bakery.
- Very good knowledge of Australia's QSR and café networks is required.
- Experience establishing new commercial relationships in those channels is sought.
- English proficiency is required; French is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills support engagement with buyers, menu designers, and catering managers.
- The candidate is passionate about gastronomy.
