The Business Development Manager will develop Bridor’s business in Australia, ideally based in Brisbane or Sydney.
The role focuses on QSR, coffee shop, and retail distribution networks and reports to the Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy across assigned networks in line with Bridor’s sales and marketing policy.
- Design distribution-network sales strategy, negotiate annual agreements, and grow turnover, unit sales, and account profitability.
- Develop existing customer sales and prospect new accounts.
- Lead and coordinate client accounts with logistics, controlling, marketing, and supporting departments.
- Develop the product range and propose new products to meet client needs.
- Gather market information and present Bridor products to key decision-makers.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in the Australian QSR and coffee shop sector, including opening new trading relationships in the channel.
- Experience in a branded food environment is essential; bakery experience is preferred.
- Fluent English is required; some French is advantageous.
- Confidently communicate with buyers, menu developers, and Food & Beverage Managers.
- The candidate should be ambitious, passionate about food, and a strong networker.
