The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and expanding Elevatus' presence across the Western Region of Saudi Araba.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Western Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Represent Elevatus at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven experience selling B2B solutions, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, ERP, FinTech, or technology sectors
- Proven experience in SaaS sales is required
- Strong network and understanding of the Jeddah and Western Region business landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling HR technology or recruitment solutions
- Existing relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working within a fast-growing technology company.
