The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and expanding Elevatus' presence across the Western Region of Saudi Araba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Western Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Represent Elevatus at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Proven experience selling B2B solutions, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, ERP, FinTech, or technology sectors
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales is required
  • Strong network and understanding of the Jeddah and Western Region business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling HR technology or recruitment solutions
  • Existing relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience working within a fast-growing technology company.
