Business Development Manager-Interior Fitout and turnkey experience

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, developers, project management companies, and corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals, meetings, tenders, and industry events; conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams on technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage prequalification, tender, BOQ, and RFP opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close profitable contracts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, submit progress reports, coordinate project handover, and maintain client relationships.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE business development experience in interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey projects.
• Proven record of personally securing fit-out projects and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with UAE consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
• Knowledge of tenders, prequalification, BOQs, RFPs, commercial proposals, fit-out processes, contracts, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to generate leads and develop business independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency are advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant UAE interior fit-out or construction business development experience will not be considered.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is AED 8,000–10,000 per month based on experience, plus commission and performance incentives.
