Job Purpose

:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for Industrial Networking, Automation and Data Communication Solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • :
  • **Lead Generation & Business Development:**
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the UAE.
  • Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
  • Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
  • GCC travel will be required as a part of the profile.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Network and Relation in UAE in the Oil and Gas, Utility and Manufacturing Sector.

Education And Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the UAE market.
  • Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the UAE’s industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and retail.
  • Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
