Whizz HR is hiring a Business Development executive to work with a leading Interior Fitout company in Dubai!
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive from the Interior Fit-Out industry to drive business development, generate new client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline for commercial and residential fit-out projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Generate leads and convert them into fit-out project opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Construction sales.
Strong network with corporate clients, consultants, and contractors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Market knowledge is preferred.
