Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the promotion and sales of our diverse workspace offerings, including serviced offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and relationship builder, capable of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and client engagement to negotiation and successful deal closure while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively promoting and closing sales across all workspace solutions, including private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates, while identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of Trident Nexus’s products, pricing, and value propositions to deliver compelling and solution-oriented proposals.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored workspace solutions.
- Conduct professional and engaging site tours, effectively showcasing the facilities, features, and overall value of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities using CRM systems and internal tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support effective sales positioning.
- Assist with operational tasks, including MIS reporting, data management (Excel), documentation, and market research.
- Represent Trident Nexus with a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, both online and in person.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within real estate, coworking, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and well-organized, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in preparing proposals, reports, and business documentation.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
