Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods.
- **Sales Growth**: Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value.
- **Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation**: Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.
- **Sales Strategy Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have strong understanding of Fertilizer, Sulphur, Tg Urea, NPK or chemical products.
- **Travel**: Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15-20 days per month).
- **End-to-End Sales Activities**: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.
Skills :-
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Local Language: -** Candidate should know the local language Arabic.
- **Industry Experience**: Prior experience in the food /feed Additives, Fertilise **( Tg Urea, Sulphur**) or chemical industry is preferred.
- **Open to Travel**: Flexibility to travel 15-20 days per month.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of marketing activities, strategies, and trends.
- **Digital Technology Knowledge**: Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application. Should know excel, online meeting and digital marketing platforms for marketing of products.
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
