- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations for client projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, technical layouts, and construction documentation
- using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards using 3ds Max and
- Adobe Suite.
- Lead client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions with confidence.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing UAE clients to ensure repeat
- business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base within the
- UAE market.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and design pitches to secure new projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design
- accuracy and smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design feasibility, and project coordination.
- Oversee material selection, finishes, FF&E, and design specifications aligned with
- project budgets.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support project
requirements

- Monitor project progress and provide design-related guidance throughout execution.
- Stay updated with UAE market trends, materials, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry
- gatherings.
- Ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards and reflect high
- professionalism.

- records.
