Business Development Manager
About This Role

Pro Intelligence, a leading market research and consultancy firm in the UAE, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in market research, mystery shopping, and consultancy services
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across various industries
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports
- Attend networking events and industry activities to promote company services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
- Experience in market research, consultancy, or service industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
