Job Summary
We are seeking a highly aggressive, results-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to accelerate the growth of our recruitment and manpower supply business, with a core focus on expanding our **MAAI's 360-degree workforce solution portfolios**.
Unlike traditional internal HR talent acquisition, this is a **commercial, client-facing 360-degree role**.
The ideal candidate will be completely responsible for hunting new corporate accounts, negotiating commercial service agreements, and coordinating the entire lifecycle from the initial sales pitch to successful candidate deployment.
Our scope is vast, and you must possess proven capabilities handling **both high-end White-Collar placements and volume-based Blue-Collar manpower supply**.
Key Responsibilities
- **B2B Client Acquisition:** Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new corporate clients across the UAE requiring comprehensive recruitment, MAAI, and manpower supply services.
- **360-Degree Management:** Dominate the entire sales pipeline and fulfillment process—acting as the single point of contact bridging client demands with internal recruitment desks.
- **Dual Portfolio Execution:** Successfully manage, generate, and oversee manpower demands across diverse sectors, balancing **both White-Collar professional staffing and Blue-Collar bulk hiring/labor outsourcing**.
- **End-to-End Coordination:** Partner directly with sourcing and operations teams to guarantee timely candidate selection, visa processing, mobilization, and field deployment.
- **Reporting:** Maintain a highly transparent pipeline and submit structured weekly business development, sales forecasting, and revenue pipeline reports to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Essential UAE Market Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales track record strictly within a **UAE-based recruitment agency or manpower supply company**. *Candidates without direct UAE agency/outsourcing experience will not be considered.*
- **Proven 360° Desk Competency:** Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows, contract negotiation, overseas hiring pipelines, and large-scale manpower deployment logistics.
- **Cross-Sector Capability:** True experience managing client accounts for **both White-Collar professionals and Blue-Collar workforce operations**.
- **Commercial Hunter Mindset:** Exceptional negotiation, corporate communication, and high-level client-handling skills with a history of hitting demanding revenue and deployment targets.
- **Autonomy:** Strong ability to work independently, map the local market, build an active sales pipeline, and manage client accounts with minimal supervision.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
