Business Development Manager – Insurance (Dubai)
We are working with an established and growing insurance brokerage in the UAE, looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of its client portfolio.
This opportunity will suit an individual who is looking to take a more active role in developing their own client base within a less restrictive structure, while still benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an established brokerage.
The position offers a high degree of autonomy, with scope to build and grow your own portfolio within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role is commercially focused within a well-connected platform, offering access to a broad panel of insurers and an existing base of relationships, alongside the opportunity to develop new business.
You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across a range of insurance products, with a particular focus on generating new business and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through existing relationships and market engagement
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple lines of insurance
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance solutions and structure placements
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to overall revenue growth within the team
- Candidate profile
- Experience in insurance broking or business development within the UAE insurance market
- A demonstrable track record of generating revenue and developing client relationships
- An existing network or portfolio, or a proven ability to build one
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
