Business Development Manager

Overview

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the
• 3PL, warehousing, and supply chain sectors

• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on expanding
• 3PL services, warehouse utilization, contract logistics, and customer retention

• Negotiate logistics contracts, warehousing agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms that deliver value for both the company and clients while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales performance, warehouse capacity utilization, inventory trends, and market conditions to optimize business development strategies and improve profitability.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to understand customer requirements and design customized storage, fulfillment, distribution, and value-added logistics solutions.
• Generate leads and secure new business opportunities for warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, cross-docking, and transportation services.
• Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and warehouse tours to demonstrate operational capabilities and develop long-term partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging supply chain technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive market position.
