Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
include managing sales pipelines, developing strategic partnerships, creating proposals, and leading pitches.
The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, creative, and strategy teams to meet client needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Must have Industry Experience in Marketing or Advertising Agency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and partner relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM
- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and ability to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Experience in managing proposals, contracts, and account management
- Familiarity with branding, video marketing, and motion graphics is an asset
- Proficiency in CRM software and other related business development tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the creative, marketing, or media industry is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Dubai
