Business Development Manager

This is a

full-time

position ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for driving business growth and forging strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from

$1,000 to $2,000 USD

.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new markets to generate leads.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working within the UAE market is highly advantageous.
