Qureos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team.

position based in our vibrant office in

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and ambitious professional with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding our market presence.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary of

$1,000 - $2,000 USD

.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business growth.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform our business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the Dubai or wider UAE market is highly advantageous.
