The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and contributing directly to our company's expansion and success in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained and profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working within the Dubai or wider UAE market is highly advantageous.
