Job Summary And Objective

The Business Development Manager – Cyber Security is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Alnafitha’s Cyber Security portfolio across the Kingdom.

This role leads a team of Technical Sales Professionals, develops strategic go-to-market plans, manages key customer and partner relationships, and ensures the successful positioning of Alnafitha’s security offerings.

The BDM acts as the primary business owner for the Cyber Security practice, balancing commercial targets with technical credibility to win and grow enterprise accounts.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

· Own and achieve revenue and margin targets for the Cyber Security practice across assigned territories and accounts.

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Alnafitha’s Cyber Security offerings covering IT Infrastructure, Cloud Security, ATP, Network Security, LOB Security, Endpoints, and Security Appliances.

· Continuously build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities; drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.

· Identify and pursue new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital and security agenda.

Team Leadership & Management

· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Sales Professionals (TSPs) specialized in Cyber Security solutions.

· Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members; conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring.

· Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Cyber Security team.

Customer Engagement & Account Management

· Build and nurture C-level and senior executive relationships across target accounts to position Alnafitha as a trusted Cyber Security advisor.

· Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage.

· Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities are maximized.

Strategic Planning & Practice Development

· Develop and manage the Cyber Security practice business plan including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.

· Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to continuously refine Alnafitha’s Cyber Security value proposition and differentiation.

· Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical delivery teams to ensure the practice portfolio meets customer needs and market demands.

· Contribute to building Alnafitha’s technical content library including service catalogue, case studies, and knowledge base for Cyber Security solutions.

Partner & Vendor Management

· Manage strategic relationships with key Cyber Security vendors and technology partners; drive joint business planning and co-sell initiatives.

· Ensure achievement and maintenance of required vendor certifications and specializations to protect and grow partner status.

· Represent Alnafitha at industry forums, seminars, conferences, and vendor events to strengthen brand presence in the Cyber Security market.

Education & Certification Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.

· CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional OR CISM: Certified Information Security Manager (Must).

· ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (Preferred).

· MBA or equivalent business management qualification (Preferred).

Experience & Technical Skills

· 8+ years of experience in IT sales or business development with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team lead role within Cyber Security.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in enterprise Cyber Security sales in the Saudi/GCC market.

· Deep knowledge of Cyber Security domains including Identity Management, Firewalls, Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Cloud Security, Email Security, and Endpoint Protection.

· Experience managing and growing technical sales teams with demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills.

· Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, vendor ecosystem, and strategic positioning in the KSA Cyber Security market.

· Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· High sense of ownership and accountability; acts with integrity and professionalism at all times.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

· Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
