Role Description

The Business Development Manager (Corporate Service Experience Mandatory) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and promoting NH Management’s services to drive revenue growth.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and presenting proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, tracking account performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

The successful candidate will represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities, while consistently seeking opportunities to expand the firm’s corporate services portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Business Development skills, with a proven track record in corporate services or financial regulatory (DIFC or ADGM or Freezone).
  • Candidates should possess solid Contract Negotiation skills, including experience drafting, reviewing, and finalizing client agreements.
  • Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess professional Sales skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of business development experience, with mandatory corporate services or professional services firm experience.
  • Strong understanding of regional and international corporate regulations, and the ability to translate them into client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
