NH Management is looking for a hands-on HR professional to take ownership of our people function and support the day-to-day running of a growing, fast-paced business.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a founder-led environment — not just designing policies, but actually implementing and managing them.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
You will be responsible for managing HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and bringing structure and consistency to internal processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing onboarding, contracts, HR records, and employee lifecycle
- Supporting compliance with UAE Labour Law (Mainland, DIFC, ADGM)
- Handling employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
- Implementing and improving HR policies and internal processes
- Supporting recruitment and talent coordination
- Assisting with office management and internal organisation
- Acting as a key point of contact for team support and coordination
- What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of HR / People Ops experience in the UAE
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law (DIFC & ADGM experience is a strong advantage)
- Highly organised, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a practical, no-nonsense approach

- Experience in corporate services, consultancy, or regulated environments
- Experience building or improving HR processes in growing companies
- This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building structure, solving problems, and making a real impact within a growing business.
