Generate construction business opportunities through an established professional network and carry leads through to signed contracts.
HAO builds villas, warehouses, steel structures and sheds, fit-out projects, and packages for developers and main contractors.
Your role
- Generate leads through clients, engineering consultants, architects, developers, and main contractors.
- Get HAO onto consultants' tender lists and bring in invitations to tender.
- Arrange meetings and introduce HAO to decision-makers.
- Follow leads through to signed contracts together with the owners.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE construction sales or business development experience.
- An established, active network of clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
- A proven track record with projects the candidate can identify as having brought in.
- Good knowledge of tenders, BOQs, and contracts.
- Fluent English; Arabic and/or Chinese is a plus.
- UAE driving licence and own car.
Compensation and support
- Commission is 2% of the contract value for each project brought in, with uncapped earnings.
- The posting gives pay of AED 7,500–17,000 per month.
- UAE visa provided.
- Team support includes pricing, proposals, China-direct supply chain, and daily site reporting.
- The role offers direct access to owners and a flexible schedule.
Office and work location
- Office is in Al Barsha at API Trio Towers.
- Work location is in person.
