Overview

We’re looking for a sales professional with an established presence in the UAE fit-out market, someone who has the relationships, network, and credibility to hit the ground running.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Leverage existing relationships within commercial, residential, F&B, and retail fit-out projects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across villas, apartments, penthouses, restaurants, cafes, lounges, boutiques, and showrooms
  • Build and maintain relationships with designers, developers, consultants, hospitality operators, and retail brands
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project consultations

Consultative Selling & Project Development

  • Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to contract signing
  • Coordinate with design and estimating teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Negotiate contracts aligned with company standards and margins
  • Understand client budgets, timelines, and project expectations

Relationship Management & Pipeline Development

  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
  • Track opportunities and manage CRM updates accurately
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market insights and competitive feedback
  • Represent Monarca at industry events and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, contracting, or design-build sales
  • Strong network within Dubai’s fit-out and construction industry
  • Proven track record in securing and closing fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and project processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and business-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • We’re looking for someone who can bring immediate value through existing relationships and market presence.
