Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities to generate sales and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business offers for prospective clients.
• Follow up on client enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer service and client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and updates on business development activities.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
• A valid Qatar driving license is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the Qatar market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
