Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding Ghaderi Realty Dubai’s presence in the Abu Dhabi market.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting real estate services and investment options, coordinating with the sales and leasing teams, and tracking leads and conversions.
The role also involves conducting market research, attending networking events, preparing proposals, and contributing to strategic business plans.
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some flexibility for working from home.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within real estate or related sectors.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of real estate concepts such as sales, leasing, investment properties, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into new business opportunities.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and broader UAE real estate market and regulations is highly beneficial.
