Join a private-label luxury dress manufacturing unit as a sales manager.
The business produces high-end fashion garments for fashion brands, designers, boutiques, retailers, and international buyers.
The role focuses on B2B sales, private-label business development, client relationships, and order delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B clients and private-label business.
- Build relationships with fashion brands, designers, boutiques, retailers, and international buyers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Handle enquiries, costing, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and quality teams.
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through delivery.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of experience in garment or apparel sales, fashion manufacturing, private label, or apparel sourcing.
- Have 5 years of dress manufacturing sales experience.
- Demonstrate strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
- Understand garments, fabrics, costing, sampling, and production.
- Existing contacts with fashion brands, designers, boutiques, or buyers are a strong advantage.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
