Business Development Lead OEM

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in an industrial OEM or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and successfully managing relationships with key industrial clients.
- Knowledge of industrial pressure, flow, and analytical technologies is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
