Business Development Executive – Soft Services
About This Role
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for soft services sales in Dubai, with focus on Facade Cleaning and Water Tank Cleaning Services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with operations teams to support service delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales within soft services
- Knowledge of facade cleaning and water tank cleaning services preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
Experience:
- Water Tank Cleaning Services Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Facade Cleaning Services Sales: 3 years (Required)
