AED 3,500/month base + AED 550 per qualified lead + AED 1,835 per closed deal

About RiskLoom:

RiskLoom is a real-time derivatives risk intelligence platform that detects liquidation cascade pressure across perpetual futures markets before it propagates into price. We work with derivatives traders, crypto fund operators, and prop desk risk managers who need to know when market structure is becoming unstable.

The role:

We are looking for a BD executive to build our institutional pipeline through LinkedIn. You will research, identify, and engage fund managers, risk directors, and derivatives desk operators — converting them into qualified demo calls.

What you will do:

· Research and build targeted lists of institutional prospects

· Execute outbound LinkedIn outreach using proven messaging

· Engage with derivatives and risk content to build presence

· Book and confirm demo calls with qualified prospects

· Track pipeline and report weekly on activity and conversion

What a qualified lead means:

A fund manager, risk director, or derivatives desk operator who manages leveraged positions, has seen the product overview, and has agreed to a demo call.

What we are looking for:

· Understanding of financial markets — derivatives knowledge is a strong advantage

· Professional written English — institutional tone

· LinkedIn fluency — you know how to research and reach people

· Organised and metrics-driven

· Dubai-based

Working arrangement:

We are based out of DMCC, JLT. Team working days are held at the Address or Vida hotels (Downtown or Creek) — collaborative, professional environments. Remote otherwise.

Compensation:

· AED 3,500/month base

· AED 550 per qualified lead (demo booked and confirmed)

· AED 1,835 per closed deal (pilot signed)

· Uncapped
