Job Summary

Mystic Advertising is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our Dubai team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and marketing objectives.
  • Prepare customized proposals, company profiles, presentations and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Present and pitch the company's services confidently to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and strategic alliances.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, agreements and client documentation.
  • Track sales activities, prepare performance reports and analyze business development metrics.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.
  • Experience within a marketing, advertising, media or creative agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong proposal writing and business presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
