Mystic Advertising is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach and lead generation.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and marketing objectives.
- Prepare customized proposals, company profiles, presentations and quotations based on client requirements.
- Present and pitch the company's services confidently to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and strategic alliances.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, agreements and client documentation.
- Track sales activities, prepare performance reports and analyze business development metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.
- Experience within a marketing, advertising, media or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong proposal writing and business presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
