We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client interactions, and passionate about building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or media industry is preferred
