About The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong hospitality background to drive growth across hotels, cafés, restaurants, and premium retail channels.
This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding distribution, and elevating brand presence within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (F&B managers, procurement, chefs, operators)
- Present and position premium products to align with hospitality standards and guest experience
- Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams on onboarding, logistics, and account management
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the UAE hospitality sector
- Support brand activations, tastings, and events to drive engagement and sales
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within hospitality (F&B, hotel, or premium retail)
- Strong network within Dubai/UAE hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Professional presentation and understanding of luxury or premium positioning
