Key Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics, accounting, finance, and operations tasks
- Coordinate documents, invoices, shipments, payments, and reporting
- Organize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Use AI tools to speed up tasks, reporting, communication, and research
- Assist management with daily execution and coordination
- Maintain accuracy, transparency, and fast response time
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner with strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools
- Experience in logistics, accounting, finance, admin, or operations is an advantage
