Business Development Executive

Position Overview

Compensation

• The role offers AED 3,000–6,000 per month plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Workplace and Employment

• The position is full time and work is performed in person.
• The role involves acquiring customers across the UAE through field visits and other direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers across the UAE.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet business owners and understand their payment requirements.
• Promote and sell POS machines and other payment solutions.
• Build and maintain merchant relationships and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active merchants.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Coordinate with operations to support merchant onboarding.
• Monitor the portfolio and identify additional business opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in POS, payment solutions, merchant acquiring, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence, and passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• UAE market knowledge and existing merchant relationships are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving licence and car are mandatory.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
