Expand business by calling property owners and generating leads.
Respond to inquiries and explain the company and property onboarding.
Handle a high volume of calls, including cold calls and company-generated leads.

Qualifications

At least one year of holiday homes experience is required.
Fluent English and strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone manner are required.
Able to handle multiple calls and tasks, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
Able to make 300 calls per day; reliable and punctual.
Basic computer tools and reservation or CRM systems are useful, with ability to learn new software quickly.
A hospitality or related diploma or degree is beneficial, not required.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay

Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
