Role

Full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, responsible for business development, inquiries, and property onboarding.

Responsibilities

Call property owners and generate leads.
Respond to inquiries and provide clear information about the company and property onboarding.
Work toward a stated daily workload of 300 calls.

Qualifications

One year of holiday homes experience is required.
A hospitality or related diploma or degree is beneficial.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a professional, friendly phone manner.
Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
Comfort with basic computer tools and reservation or CRM systems, and ability to learn software quickly.
Fluency in English; reliability, punctuality, problem-solving, and collaboration are expected.

Pay

AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
