Comera Money is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate banking, fintech, or financial services, with expertise in working capital and trade finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients requiring working capital and trade finance solutions.
- Promote and sell a range of financial products, including:
• Working Capital Finance
- Invoice Discounting
• Supply Chain Finance
- Receivables Finance
• Trade Finance Solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
- Understand client financing requirements and propose suitable financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of transactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience selling or managing:
• Working Capital Finance
- Invoice Discounting
• Supply Chain Finance
- Receivables Finance
• Trade Finance Products
- Experience within a Bank, Fintech, NBFC, Trade Finance Institution, or Financial Services organization.
- Strong network within the SME and corporate banking ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
