🚨 We’re Hiring: Executive – Business Development 🚨
We are hiring on behalf of a leading Pakistan-based EPC contractor specializing in Oil & Gas projects, Shutdown (SD), Turnaround (TA), and Maintenance services .
🔹 Position: Executive – Business Development
🔹 Location: Abu Dhabi (MBZ Office – Head Office Role)
🔹 Gender: F
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas / EPC sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client requirements
• Drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Oil & Gas / EPC preferred)
✔️ Must have exposure to Shutdown (SD), Turnaround (TA), or Maintenance projects
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
✔️Gulf experience preferred
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office tools
💰 Compensation:
• Salary: AED 11,000 – 12,000
• Additional: AED 2,100 (Food & Accommodation)
