Job Summary( Commission Based)
Trust Well Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth and support our real estate operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to create engaging content to promote the company’s services and properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Promote the company’s real estate and property management services.
- Conduct market research and generate new leads.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including property photos, videos, and promotional content.
- Appear in or assist with promotional videos and other marketing campaigns when required.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be given priority.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating promotional content and videos for social media.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
