Z Plus Limousine is hiring a Business Development Executive to win corporate clients for chauffeur services, airport transfers, event transportation, and executive travel.
This is a field sales role requiring regular client visits across Dubai and the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Find and approach companies, hotels, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Meet decision-makers, understand their transportation needs, and present suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and convert leads into active accounts.
- Manage follow-ups, maintain a sales pipeline, and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts to onboard clients and support existing accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in UAE B2B sales, outdoor sales, or corporate account acquisition.
- Confidence in generating leads independently and closing deals.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and maintain accurate sales records.
- Arabic is mandatory.
- A UAE driving licence and existing corporate or hospitality contacts are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, in-person and field-based work in Dubai and across the UAE.
