Qualifications
- Q=Applicants must meet qualifications: Demonstrated work experience focusing on relationship management, project/resource planning, negotiation and presentation skills. Demonstrated track record of strong leadership in multi-discipline organization .Experience working with senior level management in other organizations, (e.g., government authorities) persuasion and diplomacy skills. Experience with high-level negotiating, decision-making and managing financial tradeoffs related to contract management. Experience in project management and cross-functional project coordination P=Functional Screen/Panel will screen for these qualifications: BS; BA with advanced/graduate degree preferred. Fact-based decision making skills. Excellent problem resolution, team leadership/membership and facilitation skills. Experience in reading and interpreting legal agreements .Creative, visionary skills. Strong understanding of and focus on process management across multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German and French would be a plus. Proactive self-starter with strong organization skills with the ability to perform in a challenging, high-pressure environment.
