Business Development Consultant
About This Role
Required Experience
- 10+ years in capital markets, exchanges, or post-trade infrastructure
- Strong expertise in clearing, settlement, custody, and CCP operations
- Experience working with exchanges, regulators, CCPs, custodians, and brokers
- ability to design and implement cross-border market infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Establish Tabadul 2.0 end-to-end operating model and governance framework
- Advance revenue-generating structures aligned with Tabadul growth strategy
- Expand post-trade infrastructure including settlement, clearing, and custody
- Optimize DVP and Custodian Models
- Prepare and execute CCP integration framework
- Advance technology and innovation initiatives
- Launch commercial frameworks for trading and non-trading income
- Leverage existing products such as market makers, cross-listings, and IPO connectivity
- Expand Tabadul network into selected Emerging Markets
- Introducing new asset classes and post-trade services
- Support CCP-driven clearing and risk management
- Expand into foreign securities and design MTF framework connected to Tabadul
