About the Role

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Certification (CERT) and Training services, ensuring 100% utilization into revenue.
• Develop new client accounts as per quarterly targets, including managing Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Conduct regular visits to both new and existing customers each month.
• Gather and report competitor intelligence information (minimum three per month).
• Ensure process and technical compliance for all contract documents.
• Prepare and submit proposals and invoices to clients.
• Engage in cross-selling activities with other Business Lines (BLs).
• Manage client relationships and maintain data integrity.
• Oversee accounts receivables management, including payment collection.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A degree in Business Management, Economics, or Mass Communication.
• Specialty: Sales and Marketing.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within a Certification Body (CB) or Management Systems (MS) consultancy organization.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, legal requirements, and management systems information.
• Training: Relevant training such as ISO 9001 or a similar ISO 9001 training certificate, or safety management certification.
• Technical Expertise: Analytical skills for effective client management and sales data management.

• Ability to suggest new products based on projected sales and revenue analysis.
