Position and department

Minimum qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Mass Communication.
• At least two years of business development experience.
• Experience with a certification body or management-systems consultancy is preferred.
• Training such as ISO 9001 or relevant training, an ISO 9001 training certificate or similar, or a safety management certification is listed.
• Knowledge of markets, legal requirements, and management systems.
• Analytical skills for client management and sales data management.

Primary functions

• Achieve sales targets and generate revenue for certification and training services.
• Develop new clients in line with quarterly targets and RFPs.
• Visit new and existing customers each month.
• Provide competitor intelligence information three times per month.
• Maintain process and technical compliance for contract documents.
• Submit proposals and invoices to clients.
• Cross-sell services from other business lines.
• Manage clients and maintain data integrity.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment collection.
• Suggest new products based on projected sales and revenue.
